Hire the Hall

Hire Charges:

A refundable deposit of £50 is required from all hirers

• Hall including the use of the kitchen for teas/coffees £10.00p/hr
• Hall including the use of the kitchen plus use of cooker £12.50p/hr
• Hall including the use of the kitchen and Licensed Bar £15.00p/hr

Bookings:

Regular bookings:

People or organisations that use the hall on a regular basis will be invoiced monthly in arrears. Full payment is to be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Any query with regard to the invoice must be made promptly by return E-mail.

Any cancellation of a regular booking must be made 7 days in advance, otherwise, the full booking fee will be payable.

One-off bookings:

One-off bookings must be paid for in advance. Full payment is required at least 7 days before the hire date.

Weddings and Multi-day bookings:

The hall is available for both half day and full day bookings for weddings, parties and other functions. Please inquire for bespoke rates. Marquee hire is also available. A £100 non-refundable deposit is required for booking and the balance is to be paid in full 8 weeks before the event. The entire hall will be booked for weddings or similar functions.
